Fence Installation

A site assessment is provided at no charge to determine the scope of the project, including layout, footage, soil conditions, etc. This takes place with the property owner or person acting on behalf of the owner in attendance.
A written cost estimate is provided either in person or by mail, e-mail or fax.
Upon confirmation and approval of the written estimate, including payment terms and general terms and conditions, the estimate is signed and dated by the customer. (See Estimate and Terms and Conditions.)
Projects are scheduled within time frames generally influenced by weather and seasonal business cycles.
Final project preparation begins at least 7-10 days prior to installation and generally includes final determination of exact fence placement, the location of underground lines and miscellaneous site preparation details.
The duration of the installation process can be influenced by a number of factors, such as type and amount of fencing, and weather and soil conditions.
After installation is completed to the satisfaction of the property owner or person acting on behalf of the owner, an invoice is issued and paid within the terms of the contracted estimate.
Farm N Garden offers a conditional warranty of one year on labor and materials for all contracted fence projects.
